House Chant Competition

House Chant Competition

Judging took into account the boys’ participation/volume, familiarity with/clarity of the chants, full involvement/actions and that elusive ‘x factor’ of the leaders and the group itself. Nearly every house added a new chant to their repertoire and it was clear the young men and staff were fully involved and dedicated to the task. The winner of the day was Basil (322) with Marcellin only one point behind (321), followed by Stephen (303), Coolahan (268), Linehan (262) and Pompallier (255).
